Michelle Pfeiffer doesn't want her kids to get "beat up" in show business
Echoing the sentiments of many fellow celebrityparents, Michelle Pfeiffer is discouraging her and David E. Kelley‘s kids, Claudia Rose,14, and John Henry, 13, from joining the family business. The Starduststar, 49, says she wants to protect them from the hardships and brutalrejections show business can bring.
My son is interested in music. I’m not encouraging it because a careerin entertainment is not the easiest profession. Yes, it can beincredibly rewarding. It has been generous to me, and I feel blessed.But, it’s not always kind to people. You don’t want your kids to getbeat up in life.
