According to Vanity Fair‘s Jane Sarkin, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes do not have a full-time nanny for baby Suri. They are very hands-on, she told Entertainment Tonight. "Not a nanny. They have a woman who helps them with the baby sometimes but the children do a lot of housework, chores. Every morning, they’re all fighting over who is going to get Suri out of her crib, who is going to give her her first bottle."
