Actress Milla Jovovich recently appeared in the nude for Clothes Off Our Back, a non-profit organization which auctions off celebrity clothing to benefit a variety of children’s charities. Posing in Jane Magazine’s annual ‘body’ issue, Milla said the changes to her own body since becoming pregnant are "crazy for sure."
Now that I’m pregnant, I love my boobs…Last summer, I had muscles and my arms were all cut and strong, and now I look like this healthy Russian farm girl. I’m really curving out and becoming feminine — 25 pounds later.
The baby, believed to be a girl, is the first for Milla and fiance Paul W.S. Anderson, and is due in November.

Actress Milla Jovovich, 31, who’s expecting a baby girl with fiance Paul W.S. Anderson in November, poses for the August issue of InStyle UK, speaking frankly about the conception of her daughter and how food has become her only vice. Milla explains that while she and Paul weren’t exactly trying for a baby, they weren’t preventing one either.
It wasn’t planned…but I wasn’t on the Pill either. It’s 90% a girl. I know, I’m in for it, especially if my own relationship with my mum says anything.
Once pregnant, Milla gave up her usual vices of champagne and cigarettes, and traded them in for food.
I used to smoke cigarettes, drink champagne — I was a big champagne person — but now eating is the only crutch I have left. I gained 22 lbs last month! I have a very addictive personality. They say you’re supposed to gain 30 lbs when you have a baby and I’m nearly there already! All these stories you see on TV — ‘I eat when I’m upset!’ — I totally get that now.
Other changes for Milla include being unable to commit to film work, which she was initially feeling dejected about, but has come to understand.
I just gave up a Paul Verhoeven movie this summer, which I’m very upset about. Whatever. I mean, I couldn’t have a better reason to cancel. [Lifts shirt to show belly bump.] In three weeks, it’ll have ears! That means I can start playing her music. Apparently, they respond really well to classical, but I’m going to try classic rock too, like Bowie, Joni Mitchell, or Jimi Hendrix…

In an extended post on her website yesterday, Milla Jovovich shared with fans that she has begun to feel fetal movements from the baby girl she is expecting with Paul W.S. Anderson in November. Milla now knows what all moms know; It is a feeling "like nothing else in this world."
To imagine that little body forming, to see her in my mind nestled inside me, floating in her own little self-contained eco-sphere makes me feel so special. Like I know some incredible secret about life that always eluded me in the past. My little tiny baby just right there, no matter what I do or where I go, she is always right there and now I can feel her.
Before she could detect fetal movements, Milla says that the pregnancy — her first — didn’t always seem real to her, despite the obvious physical changes taking place within her own body. With baby girl growing by the day, however, Milla says that the reality of impending motherhood is firmly in place.
Her movements are so present — like something turning in my belly, doing somersaults or something — that I can’t help but start dreaming about our future together and all the things I want to show her. I want to be there for her whenever she needs me, I want to take her all over the world and show her all the amazing places through my eyes, especially Mongolia, Peru, Nepal. Places that will give her a totally different view of reality. I want her to be in yoga and martial arts classes from, like, birth! I don’t ever want her to know what being stiff feels like! I want to take her up into the mountains in the snow, I want her to climb pyramids and love this earth, so she can help the next generation preserve it.
