After an evening at the Tonys, Liev Schreiber, 39, and Naomi Watts, 38, were spotted out in NYC this morning. In related news, Liev told ET last evening that the couple have wed. He said,
We are married. You got it first. Break the story!
Of course, Liev’s been known to mess with the press — they spent the rest of the evening denying that they’re married!

Actors Liev Schreiber, 39, and Naomi Watts, 38, arrive at the Tony Awards this evening, where Liev was nominated for Talk Radio. In pre-show interviews, Naomi said,
I’m wearing Vera Wang, I feel great, and we’re expecting a baby in August. We don’t know yet what we’re having — and we do have some names.
We don’t know if we believe you’re due in August, Naomi!
Liev added,
I’m thinking Tony is a good name. I really don’t know [what we've having]. I wanted to know; she doesn’t.

Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts may not have names picked out yet ordone much baby shopping ("It’s gonna start soon, I can imagine"), butthe actor feels prepared for impending fatherhood. Naomi is due withtheir first child in late July and Liev can hardly wait for the arrival.
It feels like something I’ve always wanted to do and was meant to do. I’m looking forward to it. I’ve always felt like, kids anddogs, I get. There’s a purity and simplicity and innocence to them thatI feel like is the best thing in life.
After the curtain closes on his Broadway show Talk Radio on June 24, for which he received a Tony nomination, Liev has no doubt what his next gig will be.
I’m going to have a kid. I think that’s pretty substantial. I’m tryingto write, and in between changing diapers, there will be time to dothat.

Although Liev Schreiber, 39, said earlier this month that he was leaving the Broadway show Talk Radio on June 24th because ‘after that we’re having a baby,’ he apparently didn’t mean right away.
Instead, he tells the New York Times that Naomi Watts, 38, is due on August 2nd, which is much closer to the originally anticipated date (but yes, we agree with you all that she’s most likely due in July and they just don’t want to reveal the real date)!
Chatting with his mom and other family members, Liev jokingly suggests a name for the baby – Mega Watts-Schreiber!
