Britney heads back to rehab. Again. After attacking a photographer's car.

TMZ has confirmed Britney Spears is back in rehab. The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been cancelled because of this new development.  If Britney leaves rehab before the program is completed (between 30-45 days), Kevin says he will go to court seeking full custody of their sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston Federline.

According to X17online, last evening she went to Kevin’s house and rang the bell, but he didn’t answer.  Her assistant begged photographers to stop taking photos, but of course they didn’t.  Britney got mad and started attacking a car and a photographer with an umbrella, and cursing at them before running back to the car and driving away. We don’t condone any kind of violence (even against cars) but who can blame her for being so pissed?  The paparazzi is part of the problem and they are only making it worse by following her. On the video, you can hear a photographer saying, "We’re worried about you."  If they’re so worried, why don’t they leave her alone?

Anyway, turns out Kevin was home with JJ and SP.  Half an hour later, he drove to Britney’s Malibu home where the couple talked.  One can surmise that they came to an agreement about her going back to rehab because she checked herself in late last night.

We REALLY hope the third time’s a charm.

Sean Preston and Jayden James "being well taken care of"

Brit_2After Britney Spears entering rehab and then leaving for the second time, we were wondering how her boys were doing. In the new issue of PEOPLE, Britney’s manager Larry Rudolph tells them, that Britney’s two sons, Sean Preston, 17 months and Jayden James, 5 months, are "being well taken care of."

Kevin Federline, Britney’s ex-husband, is said to not be using the situation against Britney, but rather wants to ensure that he is there for them and that Britney is okay;

It’s not about getting the kids away from Britney. He’s just worried about making sure he can see them. He [even] canceled plans to go to Las Vegas last weekend to physically be in L.A. if Britney or the kids needed him. Kevin wanted her to get help so she could be a good mother for their kids and not end up dead. He just couldn’t take it anymore. He was desperate for her to get help.

Britney and Kevin’s previous custody agreement ends this month and he has filed for an emergency court hearing to review the situation with their sons, and who will care for them.

Britney has an array of people supporting her at this hard time including, her mom, Lynne, dad, Jamie, sister, Jamie Lynn, Kevin and Larry.

Rumor: K-Fed is taking custody battle to the next level

According the latest tabloid reports, Kevin Federline, the soon-to-be ex-husband of pop star Britney Spears, is serious about his desire to obtain custody of his two sons, 15-month-old Sean Preston and 3-month-old Jayden James. So serious that the former backup dancer is said to have turned down a large financial settlement that Britney reportedly offered him in exchange for dropping the custody request.

"He wants to be with them," a friend told In Touch.  "He doesn’t think she’s a good mom."

Kevin is planning to prove that Britney is a bad mother, including using her recent partying behavior and bad habits, like smoking and drinking, against her. A friend of the rapper reportedly told OK that on Nov. 28 Kevin requested that courts to test Jayden to see if alcohol was present in his system. "He claims Britney breastfed for the first weeks after his birth and was drinking during that time."

Kevin is also supposedly bringing his parents into the equation for help getting custody. Kevin’s mom Julie "plans to consult her attorney regarding grandparent rights and possible custody of the kids." an insider says.

Does Kevin have a case or a chance of actually taking the kids from Britney?  Do you think he’s serious?

RUMOR: Britney Spears wants new boobs

PpbspearsAccording to In Touch, a family insider says that after nursing her two sons in such a short period of time, Britney Spears’ breasts have begun to sag and the popstar is not happy. She reportedly told her newly eastranged hubby, Kevin Federline, pre-split that, "she wants her breast redone and he agreed that they need a lift."

For those of you concerned about gettingsaggy breasts from breastfeeding, we want you to know that pregnancy causes breasts to sag, NOT breastfeeding.  This "family insider" doesn’t know what they are talking about.  Why does pregnancy cause sagging, or ptotic, breasts?  According to Sportsdoctor.com, "Under thehormonal influence of pregnancy and lactation, the glandular tissue(and sometimes the fat content as well) increases, stretching the skin. When the hormonal stimulation is gone, the breasts return to theirpre-pregnancy size, but the skin is stretched and the breasts appear tosag." So please don’t let that dissuade you from breastfeeding your child.

"Britney is definitely doing this, "the pal says. "She just can’t wait to get her breasts back."

Along with personal reasons, Brit is said to be trying to get her body back the way it was pre-babies for her 2007 album release and pop comeback. She plans to seek advice from from some of LA’s top ranked plastic surgeons as early as next month, however a couple of specialists shared their belief that Britney needs to set a later date to consider breast surgery.

Dr. Robert Rey of Dr. 90120 says, "I recommend waiting six months after the last drop of milk from breastfeeding until I perform surgery."

A breast lift, or mastopexy, is typically performed on an outpatient basis, under general anesthesia and takes 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.  An anchor-shaped incision is made, repositioning the areola, removing excess skin.  Stitches around the areola and down the breast and along the crease will fade evntually but they are permanent. Having the surgery doesn’t mean your breasts will be perky forever- they are still subject to gravity and aging, as well as the effects of future pregnancies and weight fluctuations.  For more information and illustrations, visit PlasticSurgery.org.

K-Fed's "daddy fat"

Kevin Federline admits that he did suffer some side effects during his recently separated wife, Britney Spears’ pregnancy.

"I gain the sympathy weight. It’s daddy fat. It comes and goes."

The 28-year-old rapper/backup dancer has had plenty of chances to experience "daddy fat." He has four children, including Kori and Kaleb with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson, and Sean Preston and Jayden with Britney.

Kevin Federline files for custody, acquires new nickname

Britney Spears made headlines when she filed for divorce from her hubby of two years, Kevin Federline, on Tuesday. In the paperwork, Britney asks for the legal and physical custody of the couple’s two sons, 1-year-old Sean Preston and nearly 2-month-old Jayden James, allowing Kevin reasonable visitation.

Now Britney’s soon-to-be ex, who has now acquired the new moniker of FedEx, has counter-filed with the L.A. courts asking for sole custody of the two boys. Kevin has also requested that Britney provides him with spousal support, despite a rumored iron-clad pre-nup the two signed before their 2004 nuptials.

"Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals," said Michael Sands, spokesman for Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed’s attorney.

Given his past history of, um, going out a lot, we suspect he won’t be awarded custody (which he must know) but is just doing this to get back at Britney.  Also, with sole custody, Britney would probably be required to pay child support in addition to the spousal support he is asking for.

To the reader who asked- One parent being awarded sole custody does not mean the other would not receive visitation rights.
