Singer Gwen Stefani supports Kingston, 8 months, while he has some backstage fun at the Ellen DeGeneres show. The show taped in Burbank yesterday, and will air tomorrow. Gwen will be singing her new single, The Sweet Escape (wee-ooh!) and Kingston will join her for the interview!

On the Ellen DeGeneres Show this morning, Ellen gifted guest Patrick "McDreamy" Dempsey with her classically funny baby gifts for his twin boys who are due any day now. She gave him matching kiddie scrubs which said, on the back, "McCutie" and "McCuddly."

On today’s episode of Ellen, Ellen DeGeneres asked Ben Affleck if he wanted more kids. Ben told her, "You know… I would love to." But then he realized he shouldn’t be planning his family with someone other than his wife Jennifer Garner.
He told Ellen, "I think I should probably talk to my wife before I talk to you."
Ellen DeGeneres had some baby gear and gifts for Will Ferrell as he anticipates the birth of his second child, a son at the end of December. She presented him with a Baby Bjorn strapped to a life-size cut out likeness of himself. Where can I get some of those Ellen tighty whities?

Denise Richards was not the only celeb mom on the Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday- Ellen also had on Less Than Perfect’s Sherri Shepherd who gave birth to Jeffrey Charles Jr a few months ahead of schedule. Jeffrey Jr. was born at 25 weeks on April 22nd and weighed only 1 lb 10 oz. He is now 2 months, adjusted, because with preemies, you count from the due date. He is now 9 lbs. (Sherri had announced the gender and name on Ellen’s show back in March.)
I had TIVO’ed the show in order to report on both appearances, but after transcribing Denise’s interview, I was so exhausted. I planned to do a full write-up on Sherri, who was by far the more entertaining guest, but let me put it this way… I’m going to be checking into the hospital tomorrow to have my labor induced so I have a lot of other things to do!

She was charming and hilarious as always, describing breast-pumping and trying to be sexy
for her husband when she’s exhausted from caring for a baby. She talked about how they’re trying to have another baby right away because she thinks that caring for her in her old age will be too big of a responsibility for only one child. But the highlight was when Sherri’s husband brought their baby son onstage and Ellen cradled the baby to her chest — then pretended to steal him.
