Tess Holliday Celebrates Her Hawaiian-Themed Baby Shower

That was seemingly the mantra of Sunday’s joint housewarming party and baby shower for fashion icon Tess Holliday and her fiancé Nick, who are expecting their first child together in June. The theme of the party? All Hawaii, all day.

The plus-size model, 30, wore a long green dress with a pretty island-inspired print by Simply Be. Her hair was styled in a beautiful ringlet-clad updo, complete with a fastener adorned with a pineapple and flowers, while Nick went a little simpler with a Hawaiian collared shirt and cropped jeans.

Tess Holliday is loving her pregnant body!

The size-22 model shared a snap of her growing baby belly on Instagram, adding that her pregnancy has helped her feel more confident.

“Every time I look at my tummy, I’m reminded at how amazing my body is,” Holliday, 30, writes in the caption. “Even though I’ve had a baby before, I didn’t love myself entirely.. So now every kick, every pain, is incredible to me.”

There’s a baby on the way for Tess Holliday!

The plus-size model, 30, is expecting a child with her partner Nick in June.

“It definitely was not planned and I was a little nervous when I first found out, but I’m excited!” Holliday tells PEOPLE exclusively.

Holliday — who has a 10-year-old son Rylee from a previous relationship — says she is looking forward to having a newborn again.

“When I had my son, I was 20 and I didn’t know what I was doing and I didn’t have help. I’m really excited to be doing it again and have support, and be able to enjoy having a baby, because I couldn’t last time,” says Holliday, who just announced her new clothing line with Canadian retailer Penningtons.
