Richard Blais Welcomes Daughter Embry Lotus

Energetic Top Chef contender Richard Blais and his wife Jazmin, already the parents of daughter Riley Maddox, 2½, have just expanded their family.

“Welcome Embry Lotus Blais!” the Atlanta-based Bravo chef Tweeted about his new daughter, along with posting a photo of the new arrival.

The girl arrived in Atlanta’s Piedmont Hospital on Saturday, Feb. 5, said the dad, who owns the Flip Burger Boutique in that city.

Earlier this week, Blais was dishing out Super Bowl recipes on CNN – suggesting veal sweetbreads instead of ordinary chicken wings.

Jesse Csincsak Welcomes Son Noah Theodore

It’s a boy for Bachelor alums Jesse Csincsak and Ann Lueders.

Noah Theodore Csincsak arrived via emergency c-section at 4 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2 in Frisco, Colorado. He weighed in at 7 lbs., 4 oz.

“No words can describe how blessed Ann and I feel having welcomed our son into the world today,” Csincsak, 28, tells TooFab.com.

“We are so excited to finally have him with us — we’ve been waiting our whole lives for this moment!”

The couple announced the pregnancy in August, just weeks before wedding in Las Vegas.

Constantine Maroulis Welcomes Daughter Malena James

Constantine Maroulis has someone new to idolize him – his brand-new baby girl.

The American Idol alum, 35, and his girlfriend Angel Reed welcomed their first child, Malena James Reed-Maroulis, on Thursday, Dec. 23 at 11:06 p.m. She weighed 6 lbs., 11 oz., and measured 19 inches long.

“Sometimes Christmas comes early and we’re so lucky to get the greatest gift a few days early,” Maroulis tells PEOPLE.

“Angel and I are thrilled to welcome our perfect baby girl into the world today. Mom and baby are healthy and I couldn’t be more excited to ring in 2011 this way.”

Survivor‘s Rob & Amber Mariano Welcome Daughter Carina Rose

At the live reunion show for Survivor: Nicaragua on Sunday, three-time alumnus ‘Boston’ Rob Mariano had his own reveal for the audience — the birth of the latest addition to his and wife Amber‘s tribe.

Carina Rose Mariano was born Friday, Dec. 10 and joins big sister Lucia Rose, 17 months, in a girl-power alliance with mom Amber, 32.

“I’m definitely outnumbered now!” says Rob, 34, with a laugh. “But at the end of the day, it’s exciting and fun. I always thought I would have boys, but as a father, when your kids are born and they’re healthy and happy, that’s the most important thing.”
