They already have a daughter — and now, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are gearing up to welcome a son into their family!

On Thursday, Kutcher stopped by the Today show and talked about he and wife Kunis’ daughter Wyatt Isabelle. While opening up about how the 2-year-old is handling the idea of sharing her parents, Kutcher unintentionally revealed the gender of his soon-to-arrive new addition.

“She points to Mila and she’s like, ‘Baby brother!’ when she points to the belly,” said Kutcher, 38.

The star of Netflix’s The Ranch told Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night‘s episode of The Tonight Show that he’s a little less terrified this time around, since he’s been through the beginnings of new parenthood before.

“The first one, I almost became a doula. I was reading every book. I was ready. I had like a catcher’s mitt on,” he joked. “This one, I haven’t done anything. I’m like, ‘Well, we didn’t break the first one.’ They’re really durable — that’s what you realize. They don’t break very easily.”

Kutcher and Kunis, 33, recently celebrated Wyatt’s second birthday. And if his experiences in helping his daughter open and assemble her gifts are any indication, it sounds like the soon-to-be dad of two has his work cut out for him.

“You have to have a toolbox just to get it out,” he joked. “We have ruined opening presents for kids. She opens it and then it takes Dad like a half hour to cut the plastic swizzle sticks off and break it.”

I agree with him, those toys are hard to get out the carton… I honestly don’t know how thieves do it.? Pain in the butte, but so worth the smile on my kids face, when they get the chance to play with it.

It boggles my mind, in a society that is trying to be gender fluid, and gender-accepting, how many people have issues with uni-sex names! Wyatt is a lovely name, Ashley is a lovely name, how about Blake, Taylor, Sasha? A traditionally male/female name doesn’t means it’s meant for one gender until the end of time. Grow and learn that by saying nasty comments only inhibits societal growth.

That’s cool. They can name him Ashley after dad!

Samm, Wyatt is not a unisex name. Just because some Hollywood starts try to make it so doesn’t mean it is.

he is so baked…

@kr — like Ashley Parker Angel? Or Ashley Slater? That’s a unisex name, too, you dingus.

So is Charlie, James– read a book and get hip to the times. Traditional boy names for girls isn’t going anywhere soon. *cough* Stevie Nicks, anyone? *cough*
Get over it.

Why do people get so upset when expressing an opinion on a message board? So someone doesn’t like unisex names and other do. No one is right or wrong. You name your kid what you like and people will name their kids what they like. It really isn’t an issue for anyone but posting your OPINION is fun and like a butt everyone has one.

That’s great! They’ll have one of each.

Steacy – Stevie Nicks’ real name is Stephanie. Stevie is short for that name. Wyatt is not a unisex name, but it’s their kid so not my business.
