Hilaria Baldwin took to Instagram on Friday to address negative comments about how her post-baby body.

“Every body is different. Every pregnancy is different. My pregnancy, birth, and recovery is between me and my doctor,” she wrote.

Baldwin welcomed her third child, Leonardo, with husband Alec Baldwin on Sept. 12. Just a week later she posted a photo of her post-pregnancy body, looking noticeably thinner.

The 32-year-old yoga instructor began dating Baldwin, 58, in 2011. She has documented her fitness routines on her Instagram account, especially throughout her third pregnancy.

The couple have two other children together, daughter Carmen, 3, and son Rafael, 14 months.

The mother of three told PEOPLE  in May that she had previously struggled with deciding what a healthy weight was.

“I obsessed about it and I focused on it and I put through myself through very bad places to get myself to a place where I was too skinny. It was never worth it,” she said.

Now, she is listening to her body on her own terms.

“I don’t want to sit down, lay down and do nothing,” she wrote in her post Friday. “Thats not what my body is telling me it wants and needs.”

Nope. Her Instagram post was in response to people saying she was crazy to be running so soon after giving birth. No one. Trust me. NO ONE would criticize her body. It was that many felt she was ridiculous for running a week to 10 days after giving birth.

While she’s lucky not to put on much weight with this pregnancy I am surprised her doctor gave her the okay to start exercising right away.

I don’t see what the problem is with returning to running 10 days postpartum if you had a complication-free vaginal delivery, this is your THIRD delivery, and your body is well-accustomed to working out, even throughout the pregnancy. I mean she worked out all the way up until she had the baby. Why should she have to stop because she just birthed him? I find her commitment to fitness impressive.

Well, if she doesn’t want people commenting on her body, then maybe she should stop posting semi-naked photos of herself for the whole world to see.

the true problem with this woman … she wants to be famous !!! but she just the wife of an aged man who had his moment of glory !! That’s all Hilaria !!!!

People were criticizing her body and slamming her for being so thin so fast. Yep. Yep they were. Regardless, no one knows anything about her and her Dr’s decisions. HER life. Why people sit behind their computers and post negative comments, I will never understand, especially when they don’t know the person.

@Anonymous, I agree with you. But, what do you expect from this generation? This site in particular is full of nasty comments all the time, women love to tear each other down to make themselves feel better.

Hilaria, honey…when you constantly broadcast your semi-nude selfies all over creation, you’re going to get negative reactions as well as positive. If you can’t take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.
