Wes Chatham and Jenn Brown Welcome Son Rhett Jameson
It’s really a boys’ house now!
Born at 7:08 p.m., Rhett Jameson Chatham weighed in at 7 lbs., 13 oz. and measured 20½ inches long. He joins 18-month-old big brother John Nash at home.
After a bit of delivery drama the first time around — “Unfortunately, Wes was on an airplane when Nash was born,” Brown told PEOPLE following her son’s arrival five weeks early in 2014 — baby No. 2 made it the full 40 weeks.
“We are so glad that Wes was able to witness the birth of our newborn son this time!” Brown tells PEOPLE of her husband, who is currently filming The Expanse in Toronto. “We were worried that he may miss it like he did with Nash due to filming again, but he made it home last night, just in time.”

Add the couple, “We are spending some time bonding, and can’t wait for Nash to meet his baby brother.”
“We weren’t planning on having our second this soon, but we are loving the idea of having our children be close together,” Brown said at the time.
And Nash has been just as much a part of the baby-news festivities as his parents. At his first birthday party in November, the couple let their son dive into a pile of smash cupcakes, whose blue insides revealed Nash was going to have a baby brother.
“This pregnancy started off for me very differently than the first,” she told PEOPLE. “For that reason, I thought we were having a girl. I was very surprised when Nash dug into the cake and it was blue.”
