Gwyneth Paltrow’s Daughter Apple Celebrates Her 12th Birthday with Blue Ivy

Gwyneth Paltrow‘s kids are growing up right before our eyes!

The Oscar-winning actress celebrated daughter Apple‘s 12th birthday on Saturday with a sweet Instagram note and what looked like an even sweeter birthday brunch with other famous kids.

“Here she is 10 years ago today on what was her second birthday. Happy birthday, Apple Martin, great love of my life,” Paltrow, 43, wrote alongside a photo of a 2-year-old Apple wearing pink face paint.

Paltrow also shared a photo from Apple’s “birthday brunch,” which included a shot of the tot standing with a group of friends — including Beyoncé and Jay Z‘s daughter Blue Ivy, 4.

“Birthday brunch squad #godsistersandbesties,” Paltrow captioned the photo.

The actress’ eldest child already bears a striking resemblance to her famous mom — something Paltrow has documented on Instagram before. In February, the actress shared an artsy selfie with her daughter, with Apple’s hair tousled to mimic her mom’s ‘do.

Earlier this month, Paltrow also shared a shot of Apple wearing a dance costume and walking in a parking lot, writing, “Crushed it. #rainbowdancecompetition.”

Such a dumb caption. A 12 year old being “besties” with a 4 year old?? Um, no. More like, the 12 year old Apple has to babysit Blue Ivy because their parents are friends. How awkward too, to have a 4 year old at your slumber party when you are turning 12. That would seriously limit what they could do, in terms of staying up late, conversation and what movies to watch. Gwyneth is so fake and nauseating – does she ever think of anyone other than herself and how “cute” she thinks it looks for Apple to be fake friends with Beyonce’s daughter?? Poor girl should be allowed to have a party with her actual friends and not have this nonsense splashed all over social media by her desperate attention seeking mother.

Hmm….Paltrow must be desperate to put it out there that her kid is friends with Beyoncés kid. Would you as a 12 year old want to celebrate your birthday with a 4 year old??? I guess if mommy needs a photo op to stay relevant and hip you just go along with it. I’m guessing the birthday party with her real friends won’t be documented on social media because their parents are famous. So lame. No one cares about this lady so she is pimping kids out to stay cool and in the news.

Why is Blue in the middle? Just to show she was there? That is ridiculous!

As for the fact she is celebrating her birthday with a 4 years old it’s not chocking, she probably has several parties and it’s fun to have one with family friends, even if they are not your age. I loved having parties with my friends but also parties with my famil, where we had our family friends who are just like a family for us, and it was so much fun!!

The party was for “besties and god sisters”. Apple loves Blue Ivy like a little sister. The few videos of them together are very sweet; Apple and Blue Ivy are super affectionate with each other, none of you ever had a little cousin, sister, or family friend you thought was the sweetest? I don’t find it odd at all and Apple probably wanted her little person there, the few pics on Instagram look like all the girls are having fun. It also seems really casual like the girls are just playing around the house. Jeez, people make every little thing into a way to criticize someone.
