Jessica Alba’s Daughters’ Rooms Get Amazing Makeovers – See the Photos!

12/04/2015 at 04:30 PM ET

Let’s be honest, Jessica Alba‘s kids have the cutest bedrooms in the world.

And it’s all thanks to fashion designers and stylists, Emily Current and Meritt Elliott, who have collaborated with PBTeen (for the third time!) to create dreamlike bedroom makeovers for Alba’s daughters, Honor Marie, 7½, and Haven Garner, 4.

“[Emily and Meritt] really get my sense of style and pay attention to every little detail,” Alba says of the finished product, which is featured in the new issue of Domino magazine.

Being that “Haven was ready to move from a crib to a big-girl bed,” her eclectic timeless bedroom décor could last her for years to come.

It features a gold canopy bed frame with a ladylike floral-print duvet cover paired with striped sheets and an edgy skull pillow, gold “X” and “O” letter wall embellishments and an array of bunny decorations, including a lamp and hamper.

“Stripes, scallops, polka dots and sequins might sound like an unlikely mix, but together they are magic!” says Emily + Meritt. “An easy rule to follow when mixing prints is to keep the color palette similar—you can’t go wrong with black, white & gold!”

Honor’s chic chamber includes some of the most notable pieces from the collection, including a white Parisian tufted headboard with a feminine vintage green duvet with ruffle detailing and black-and-white leopard dot sheets, an assortment of stylish pillows and a black wooden desk with a gold bunny-shaped chair.

“Honor is creative and loves to draw and paint, so she adores the pin boards she can use to display her treasures, art and photos,” says Alba.

I like it.

Well, good luck climbing up that bed Haven! Hope she never falls off it during her sleep, too!

Nice rooms, but one question. Her four year old was still in a crib? Would she even still fit?

What 7 y.o. needs a chaise lounge in her bedroom?? How about a table and chairs for coloring or a play area with board games all around or a fun tent?? Designers are not always thinking realistically.

Can I have that room? Dang! LOL

I would just like to say that Honors room is way bigger than my living room and my bedroom combined. If I was that rich and my kids rooms were that lavish, I might not want to share so readily, but apparently when youre a billionaire modesty is not a huge priority.

These rooms are hideous. Can’t stand all of that gold. My opinion.

Jessica Alba isnt a Billionaire boobymama…lol Beautiful rooms but dont seem to fit a 4 and 7 year old.

Love the linen and most of the furniture. Some of the asscessories make the room look too done tho

Nice to see pretty kids’ rooms that aren’t a bunch of ugly plastic toy clutter!

Does not look like a typical 4 yr old or 7 yr old room, hence why this is featured in PBTEEN. I doubt they actually use these rooms, just something for a magazine.

Stacey, gold has been back in style for years now. Fact.

I understand why PB Teen would partner with Alba because she’s an A-list celebrity. That said – I would rather see girls get these makeovers from homes where they couldn’t afford it or where the kids went through tough times. To me that would be more meaningful. Maybe they are doing that as well and I missed it.

Modesty, like the screen name “boobymama” …

Both rooms are totally inappropriate for a 4 and 7 year old. They look like rooms for a teenager.

These do NOT look like children’s rooms that are 7 and 4 years old. Most little girls dream of pink and lavender rooms with pretty girly things in the room. This would have never been a choice for either of my girls. I think it’s a choice for the mom…Alba.

“My mother’s a billionaire and all I got was this room”…meh

Notice how Jessica says that the designers get “her taste”, what about her DAUGHTER’S taste?

It’s lovely for the teenager ….but not for the little girl !!!

um, this is just a plug for pbteen. It clearly states in the article that Honor and Haven’s room feature some aspect of the collection, but if you look at the tagline under each photo, it’s attributed to “PBTEEN.”
those photos look like the same ones in the catalog, which I just got in the mail. Jessica Alba is obviously being paid to promote PBteen, but those pictures aren’t her actual kids’ room. Just my thoughts, anyway.

Like the blues and pinks, but all of that gold has got to go!

Jessica Albas company is a billion dollar company she is not a billionaire!

I agree with most of the other posters who are saying these do not look like a 4 and 7 year olds bedroom. AT all!! They are SUPER tacky. And not only that, but I find is completely hypocritical how she is ‘helping less fortunate families and children”, but then posting pictures like this that only the 1% could afford. Keep it to yourself. We don’t need the fact that you’re rich and could afford anything thrown in our faces on a daily basis.
