Sister, sister — or brother!

Tamera Mowry-Housley and husband Adam Housley are expecting a sibling for 2-year-old son Aden in July, The Real co-host announced on her website.

“I have some big news that I’ve been looking forward to sharing with you … Adam and I are thrilled to announce that we’re expecting!” she writes.

“Ever since being blessed with Aden we have known that we would eventually want to expand our family. We’re very excited and grateful to say that we will be welcoming baby #2 this July! Can’t wait to meet him or her.”

Mowry-Housley also shared the news on social media.

“We are thrilled to announce we are #ClearblueConfirmed! Can’t wait to meet baby #2! Love Clearblue’s pregnancy test with Smart Countdown,” Mowry-Housley, 36, Instagrammed. “It helped me get through the wait to get my result by counting down with me.”

The actress and Housley, 42, a senior correspondent at Fox News, were married in May 2011 and welcomed their son in November 2012.

“He’s a very hands-on dad,” Mowry-Housley told PEOPLE in February. “That’s such a big blessing when you have a husband that loves being a dad just as much as you love being a mom. He is a phenomenal father.”

And just in case we hear similar news from her twin sister Tia Mowry-Hardrict — mom to 3½-year-old son Cree — in the coming months, Mowry-Housley warns it will be a happy coincidence.

“If we end up pregnant at the same time, we didn’t plan it!” she told PEOPLE in July.

Congratulations, Tamera and Adam! Aden is soooo gorgeous and I am sure this baby will be too!

Esther on

Oh, and btw, Tamera has been a spokesperson for Clearblue for over a year now (way before this pregnancy). That’s why she used them. Just saying because I know people like talking trash instead of just rejoicing with others over happy news.

Wow…awful product placement. Will she put ads on her kid when she shows the first photo of him/her?

L on

I really like her but so tacky to do paid pregnancy announcements. Best of luck to them on a healthy pregnancy!

Judy on

They are an awesome couple! Congrats!!!

Sunlight on

Hope she went to her doctor to confirm for sure that she is definitely pregnant…sometimes don’t trust pregnancy test products…Of she is for real pregnant…..congrats tamera and Adam!!!

lisa on

Was this an ad or an announcement? How much $$$ did she make for this plug? Either way congrats.

Lilah on

Congratulations!! Love this couple!

Nikki on

congrats!!!!!..Im sure she will also announce it on the Real..i like her on that show, very low key..some others have big mouths and ego..sometimes hard to watch..braxton,,like a real diva..anyways..wish ya luck@

All of you complaining about the add need to shut up. If an ad company paid you to show their product during a pregnancy incumbent, you would do it and you know it.

Rachel on

Her son is absolutely gorgeous. I’m sure baby number two will be as well! Congrats.

Tamera is sooooooooo beautiful!!!! Both her and her twin have been blessed with good looks. As far as the baby news….CONGRATULATIONS!!!! So nice to read stories like this when the mom is so happy, and the dad is happy, and the dad loves being a dad as much as her. That rocks her world and it shows.

To anyone who said she should not have mentioned the brand she used, or advertised for Clear Blue, etc. etc., I enjoyed hearing about. When I had my son 20 years ago it was a minus or plus and that was it. So nice to see they have made pregnancy testing so much sophisticated and loved seeing the word “Pregnant.” It makes it more special than a plus or minus. People, stop being so critical please. I am glad she announced Clear Blue.

Congrats to Mom, Dad and soon-to-be big brother, Aden! Aden is so freaking gorgeous. No doubt this one will be, too.

Did I just read a commercial?

I like the Mowry sisters, but using a joyful announcement like that to advertise is tasteless. I don’t care if she’s worked with them for a year. There’s always room for more class.

Congrats to them! And yes, her advertising for ClearBlue is a bit cheesy (and not something I personally would choose to do)…but so what? Its not hurting anybody, and at the end of the day all the really matters is that a (from all appearances) very loving family is welcoming another precious baby into the world! 🙂

Marky on

What on earth makes her stating that she used clearblue and liked the ease of the test “cheesy”, or “tasteless”. She is a spokesperson for the company, so of course she used that test. She also is a working parent and if any of you could get a company to pay you to recommend their product, you would do it in a heartbeat. She didn’t get pregnant just so she could recommend the test, people. These two sisters have stayed above board their whole lives, and Tamera is very respectable; can we just, for once, say congratulations, and stop saying, “except for …..”. ? So happy for this couple and their son…they are such a sweet family!

I like the mow ray sisters. Congrats to tamer a. I hope Tia has another as well. As far as The Real is concerned, if they don’t get rid of Tamar Loud Mouth Braxton, it should be cancelled.

She’s adorable!! Congrats on this blessing!!

Quit tripping if she got paid for the announcements. We all know if someone was going to pay you for something you were going to use, you would take that money. I can’t stand how everyday people act like it’s the end of the world because a celebrity got paid for something. Over 90% of people use a pregnancy test to help determine if they are pregnant so if you are going to use the product any way and they offer you money for it then go ahead and get paid. Besides if you look at the last couple of shows you will see she’s clearly pregnant and they have her in puffy or straight line clothes to not draw attention to it yet.

sandy on

women taking pregnancy tests crack me up. your taking the test because basically you already know your pregnant! but I guess it’s fun & you get to see in spelled out and announce it on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter!

Great news. She has a beautiful family!

Their son is GORGEOUS! I’m sure this baby will be too…Congrats!

Nicole on

I’m so happy for her and her family. A baby is such a blessing. I’m sure her son will be so excited to be a big brother. I also want to say that I think it would be really cool if her and her sister had a baby at the same time 🙂

Jac on

She’s been a spokesperson for Clearblue for some time now… Obviously she’s expected to use their product and advertise it. That’s what spokespeople do, right?

Congratulations to her and her husband. I’m interested to see what their second baby will look like. I have mixed children as well and while they have the same light skin color they both have different eye colors – my oldest dark brown and my youngest has hazel eyes. Also, my girls look nothing alike.

Sending healthy pregnancy vibes their way!

It kind of takes away from the ‘real-ness’ of announcing you are pregnant when you use it as an advertisement opportunity. Sure she is a spokesperson but it is one thing to hold up a Clearblue pregnancy test that says pregnant and another to turn it into a full on ad by going on about some countdown, really, is it that hard to wait 30 seconds? I’ve been pregnant 4 times and taken plenty of pregnancy tests. You know what I did? Wiped, flushed and washed my hands…looked at the pregnancy test and bam, result. Then again I refuse to pay more than $1 for a pregnancy test let alone wasting $20 on one.

chris on

I don’t find it strange or tacky she is working with Clearblue considering she and her sister created and market a lactation tea called Milky. Maybe she is looking to brand herself with various products for new mothers and those couples looking to become pregnant. She and her sister came out on the other side of stardom very well.

bb on

Congrats to the family! I miss watching the twins’ reality show; especially Tamera/Adam.

Like other posters said, she is a spokesperson already for the company so it makes sense to use it. She did also hashtag the announcement with #spon so she wasn’t trying to hide that fact. I didn’t know such a product existed, so I’m guessing others haven’t either. It was a great way to let people know about a product that may be interested in it. I bet many hopeful moms will be happy to know it exists. Congrats again, Housleys!

Congratulations!!! I think she is a great role model of what a lady should be.

Barbara on

I am concerned about the MILKY tea. Is it medically safe? The other kind of milk producing substance (Fenagreek) can cause gastric bleeding in babies. Just a concerned baby nurse…

Anonymous on

Geez! If she was barefoot pregnant and on welfare, you guys would still say something negative. Congrats to them both, and with all that money she does make, with or without advertisement, May God continue to bless her and her family while all the unhappy people comment negative words on this article.

I hope Tia and her hubby are trying to get preggo now too so the sisters can be preggo together! That would be so cute! And then the cousins would be the same age like Cree and Aden. And I hope both babies are girls! Is that too much to hope for? Yeah probably. lol
