Daddy’s going to buy you a mocking … jay?

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay‘s Wes Chatham and his wife, American Ninja Warrior cohost Jenn Brown, are expecting their first child in December, his rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.

“With as much as this baby is kicking, we think we have America’s first Baby Ninja Warrior!” the couple joke to PEOPLE.

The parents-to-be were married in the actor’s home state of Georgia in April 2012.

Chatham, 35, who formerly starred on The Unit and plays Castor in the latest installment of the hit franchise, recently made an appearance at Comic-Con to release a teaser trailer for the film, which will be in theaters Nov. 21.

Now I get how she got the job on Ninja Warrior. I couldn’t figure it out because she’s not an athlete, she’s so-so for looks, and her interviewing is poor, she very blah on the show. Duh- she’s a celebrity’s wife!

Wow Stylista, aren’t you such a peach?! People like you are always desperately trying to find faults in others to make up for the lack of happiness in yourself, go get therapy okay? I am sick of negative human beings like you hating on others for absolutely no reason at all other than pure jealousy..go find yourself.

I do find her a bit awkward on American Ninja Warrior, but I took the time to look her up. She is a newscaster for the NFL and she has won two Emmys.

Wow, to the person who said she is not an athlete. She played 4 years softball for Florida in college. She has won emmy’s for her reporting and has been working steadily for several years. She must be doing something right…
