The newest Arquette has arrived.

David Arquette and Christina McLarty welcomed son Charlie West on Monday, April 28, his rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

Born at 12:35 p.m. in Los Angeles, Charlie weighed in at 8 lbs., 7 oz. and joins big sister Coco, 9½, Arquette’s daughter with ex-wife Courteney Cox.

“Mom, dad and baby are doing well,” Arquette’s rep tells PEOPLE. “They appreciate all of your well wishes and thank you for respecting their privacy at this time.”

News of a baby on the way for Arquette and McLarty, 33, who have been dating on and off since 2011, was confirmed last November, with the actor telling PEOPLE in January that a baby boy was on the way.

“I’ve done it once so there’s not that fear that a first-time parent has because you just don’t know what to expect,” Arquette, 42, said of having his second child.

“You have to have a lot of faith that you will be able to keep them safe and not mess them up too much.”

I immediately thought of Cliff Arquette’s character Charley Weaver. I’m sure I’m the only one who thought of him, center square on Hollywood Squares.

@ theora I thought that was Charles Nelson Reilly??

While David is a nice person he does have his personal issues like alcoholism which he has yet to overcome. One would think knowing someone who has that problem no matter how nice is he, you would not consider him great father material.

Glad to hear of a famous person giving their kid a normal name. 🙂

Does he realize that Charlie West is the nickname for Charleston West Virginia? Too funny!

Hopefully David Arquette can grow up before his baby does.

Charley Weaver is David’s paternal grandfather. So maybe he was inspired by his grandpa.

having a baby with your “on and off” fling? sad for the kid.

thenitenurse- Well, he seems to be a pretty good father to Coco (you’d have to be blind not to see how much she adores him!). 🙂 Anyway, congrats to them!

Thank you David A for naming your baby boy a normal cool name – Charlie West! Good job 🙂

Very good blog post! I wish my writing talents were at this level.

How did you reach it? Could you give me some guidelines?
I’ve read some manuals and tips like research paper instructions but little or
nothing become different.

Would you recommend hiring someone with experience to carry out the SEO, or
do you do it personally?

the website had lost a lot of the rankings, bad sign right?
