What’s Justin Bartha‘s new normal? Diaper duty!

The New Normal star, 35, is a new dad after welcoming a daughter last week, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

Daughter Asa Charlotte is the first child for the actor and his fitness trainer wife, Lia Smith. No further details are known.

It’s been all about the celebrations since The Hangover actor proposed to Smith in May 2013.

In January, the couple tied the knot in Smith’s native Hawaii, with a source later confirming to PEOPLE that the newlyweds were expecting.

Congratulations to them! Love the name.

Asa…really?

That’s not a good name for any gender, let alone a female…

Poor kid.

Well that’s awkward. I honestly thought that Justin Bartha was homosexual. Maybe I just got confused by him playing one on t.v. Either way, exciting news!

Not a fan of the name

Love Asa for a boy, but I rather dislike it for a girl. Ada would have been so much better.

Charlotte is gorgeous, but with Asa, there are too many S’s.

Even though this name is more for a girl, I have to say I think it’s better than, say, North West or some other weird moniker..just saying.

Asa is in the Bible. But I like i as a boy name. My grandpa’s name was Asa.

And he was in the National Treasure movies. And was engaged to Ashley Olsen before he married his wife.

As a young lady named Asa, I think it is a wonderful name!

"We weren't trying to have kids. We left it up to fate. I knew there was a possibility, but I was really excited. Even if you are trying, just to see a positive result is shocking!"
