Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley‘s pregnancy has been a bumpy ride.

Last week, the Jersey Shore alum opened up to fans on her website about a miscarriage scare and extreme vomiting. But Farley, 27, has since gotten the medical help she needs from an anti-nausea drug.

“I was put on Zofran because I lost nine pounds in three weeks,” the reality star revealed to E! News. “I have been feeling hungover every day or I’m hugging the toilet.”

Changing her diet has also helped the MTV personality deal with her morning sickness. Farley now treats herself to cereal and Greek yogurt — a routine fiancé Roger Mathews uses to his pranking advantage, sneaking in a not-so-welcome surprise.

“Every morning, Roger gets me water and a bowl of cereal but as a joke he always puts something in my cereal,” Farley says. “Last week, I got a prune, then a baby carrot and then a hard-boiled egg in its shell.”

Luckily, Farley can commiserate with best friend and Snooki & JWoww costar Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi, who gave birth to now 15-month-old son Lorenzo last year.

“Finally we can be MOMS together,” Snooki, 26, Tweeted after Farley announced her pregnancy with an ultrasound Christmas card.

I was one of the lucky ones who had absolutely no vomiting during my pregnancy, so I feel for her.

I was one of the unlucky ones who had total vomiting during my pregnancy, so I feel for her.

I had to take Zofran too. I had an at home IV it was so bad.

We are due around the same time. I feel her pain. The first trimester has been really tough.

I know exactly how she feels. Both pregnancies I was as sick as a dog. I also had in home IV. I hope it will get easier as her pregnancy progresses. Be well.

Pregancy certainly is not a piece of cake in all cases. Take care and take your friends advice, stay hydrated so you don’t end up in the hospital. Contrats on the baby!! it’s worth it!

don’t have, don’t (think) I want but I can’t imagine going through this.

Wow, “UnKnown”, was that really necessary? Some people never cease to amaze me. I hope, for your own sake, that you’re a teenager.

Anyway, I had morning sickness with all 3 of my kids but my last one was the worse. With my older two I at least felt better in my 2nd trimester, but my youngest, the morning sickness never ended. I was sick my entire pregnancy and then, towards the end, found out that I had gestational diabetes to top it off. I always loved being pregnant before, but that last one made me swear off ever getting pregnant again! lol

I was one of the lucky ones who did not have vomiting while pregnant, except on my second child when I got food poisoning. I feel for her, but I hope she is enjoying her pregnancy. Surprisingly she was about the only one I could stand out of that whole lot.

I had severe morning sickness ( all day & all 9 months) with all 3 of my pregnancies. Lost 20 lbs in the first trimester with my last one. Just had to stay hydrated and lots of dr visits. Thankfully all my boys were full term and healthy.

I totally relate to her experience! I morning sickness throughout my pregnancy. I was 115 lbs when I found out I was pregnant. By the time I was 5 months I had lost 11 lbs! By the 7th month my morning sickness had calmed down some and by the time I gave birth I was at 114 lbs. Feel better soon JWoww

I can totally relate. I had horrible morning sickness with both of my kids. Zofran helped me from throwing up, but I was still queasy the whole time. Poor girl. Best wishes to her and her baby!

I remember my mom told me her pregnant breakfast routine for awhile was eat, puke, eat. Hope she feels better soon 🙂

Throwing up all day/ night during pregnancy is the worst :/

I threw up all day/ night the entire nine monthes with both my pregnancies. I worked up until I had them too. Not sure how I made it, looking back. My doctor really pushed Zofran but I could never bring myself to take medications while pregnant. All these new meds and “everything is safe during pregnancy ” trends going on has me suspicious. Autism in at an all time high. Hmmmmmm Anyways, too bad there’s not an easy fix to the sickness. It really is the pits 😦

Being pregnant can be tough. I had the same thing. Sick first 3 months with my two pregnancies. Ended up only gaining a few pound with my first child because I had lost so much in the beginning.

After I puked my brains out I would start nibbling on ritz crackers to settle down for the day… then start over loving that toilet next morning. I really really feel for her!

I’m currently pregnant with my first baby, a girl. And I was the same. Throwing up and nausea for the first 3 months. After bring put on anti-nausea pills my life completely changed!!! Now 23 weeks and slowly gaining weight!!! Good luck JWOWW!

Thankfully, I never threw up my entire pregnancy until late in my labor. I can’t imagine having another baby if I had to go through that. I feel for you and hope you are better soon.

My cousin was lost 25 lbs, of the 80 she gained from her second pregnancy (bed rest at 4 months), when she ended up pregnant with twins. She was so sick, even with medication, she was in and out of the hospital, and barely managed to gain 10 lbs. Everything was okay, though. They were about 7 lbs a piece, and she delivered at 38 weeks.
