Brooke Anderson is very thankful indeed.

The Entertainment Tonight correspondent gave birth to her second child with husband Jim Walker at 11:28 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, she confirms to PEOPLE.

Daughter Lily Georgina Walker — who will go by Lily George — was born at the UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center in Los Angeles, weighing 7 lbs., 8 oz. and measuring 20 inches long.

“This baby girl is prompt. After a swift labor in the homestretch (my midwife almost had to deliver her in the shower!), she was born in dramatic fashion on her due date,” Anderson, 35, tells PEOPLE.

“I chose to again deliver naturally (drug free/epidural free). My husband Jim was once again a fantastic birth partner and by my side the entire time.”

Anderson first announced baby girl’s arrival by sharing a sweet snapshot on Instagram.

“My heart is full,” she captioned the black and white photo of Mom and baby holding hands.

In June, Anderson announced she was expecting another baby — and admitted soon-to-be big sister Kate Victoria, 4½, had her bets on a baby girl.

“Kate’s [sex] was a delivery room surprise for us, but we are leaning towards finding out this time, if nothing else than to prepare her in case she gets a brother instead!” the mom-to-be told PEOPLE.

Yay for natural births with midwifes! And yay for not smushing your kids too close together!

Doesn’t matter what way the baby comes out. It is all natural.

I agree Ariel re gap – I have a 3 yr, 4 mth gap between my son and daughter (not planned that way, sadly had a miscarriage in between which delayed gap by 7mths all up, but am glad it was a bigger gap now). Nice for the older child to have some one-on-one time before new sibling arrives I think, spread out stages such as toilet training, the ’2′s etc, not to mention not needing as much baby gear! We basically just passed tings down to daughter once her big brother had finished with things, worked out well.

I honestly can’t understand the appeal when people (plan) a gap of two kids under say 18mths or less. Each to their own, diff reason, but personally no thanks – not most organised person so for my sanity’s sake, lol! Pretty name, and she was also born on my birthday! Congrats to them.

Brooke Anderson is so sweet! She’s beautiful and I think that she should have been the host of ET…… Producers messed that choice up! Congratulations on your new baby girl…. can’t wait until you’re back. You are missed!

Congratulations to the beautiful family. I was in my 30′s when we got married and 33 for the first, 35 for the second and 36 (16 mos apart)for the third. We had fertility concerns so couldn’t space too far apart. We seemed to have built in playmates when they were little and now that they are teens they are still fairly close. Whatever age gap works for your family is right!

Hope the baby does not mind her high-pitched scratchy voice – when she is on the screen, I change the channel.

"We weren't trying to have kids. We left it up to fate. I knew there was a possibility, but I was really excited. Even if you are trying, just to see a positive result is shocking!"
