There’s no doubt about it: Tony Kanal is a new dad!

The No Doubt bassist welcomed his second daughter with longtime love Erin Lokitz on Friday, Nov. 22, he announced on the band’s website.

She joins 2½-year-old big sister, Coco Reese Lakshmi.

“Erin, Coco & I are so happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful new girl Saffron Rose Kiran Kanal,” he writes, sharing a snapshot of the newborn’s lips.

The proud papa later took to Twitter to thank fans for all the well-wishes.

“Thank you everyone for all the heartwarming wishes for Saffron’s arrival,” he Tweeted. “Erin, Coco and I are beyond humbled and filled with love.”

Coco and Saffron? Go to your pantry and name your kids after the first item you see? “Lipton” and “Ovaltine”….that will work.

Congrats to them. I hope Gwen has a girl. Can you imagine how insanely adorable that child would be. Her boys are so handsome.

Separately those names are adorable, but together it seems a bit “powdery”. Congratulations though!

Poor kid, awful name, its not even a name. Coco and Saffron? Hope they never come to live in France, here a coco is a lunatic, someone crazy…

I love her name. It’s really feminine and pretty. I immediately thought of Absolutely Fabulous and Saffy! :)

Stella Bella- I like the name too. And if Saffron doesn’t, she can always go by Rose. :)

Anyway, congrats to them!

Saffron? Really?! Poor kid. Well I guess it’s better than pepper, oregano, cayanne…..etc.
