Jimmy Fallon Shares Sleepy Halloween Shot of Winnie

10/31/2013 at 02:00 PM ET

Cutest chicken ever?

Jimmy Fallon posted this scrumptious photo to Instagram Thursday featuring his 3-month-old daughter Winnie Rose all decked out in this feathery getup.

“Happy Halloween!” the Late Night host wrote.

Despite our excitement, it appears Winnie is less than impressed with her chicken costume — considering she’s fast asleep. (Who can blame her, since she’s got a pacifier and stuffed lamby to soothe her into slumber.)

This isn’t the first time Fallon has posted an aww-inducing photo of his little girl, whom he welcomed with wife Nancy via surrogate in July. Less than two weeks ago, the proud papa shared a wide-awake shot of Winnie looking adorable on her activity center while sporting a romper with cute bear ears.

“I just love her,” Fallon said about his daughter in August. “Little girls especially unlock something in your heart.”

Awwww, Winnie is sooo adorable! Halloween costumes for babies are the best!! :)

that doesn’t look comfortable but comfort isn’t the thing, it’s about parents looking and parents taking photos.

This is so adorable.

And, to” thizzledum,” the costume may not look comfortable, but it’s comfortable enough for her to sleep in. Jeez, get a life.

LOL Winnie is so darn cute! I can’t take it.

omg! she is so cute! LOVE this outfit.

Thizzledum, you people make life so much harder than it needs to be. Don’t you have anything else to worry about? I mean really. I am so sick of people like you with all of your opinions on every little thing. I bet you were one to criticize Pink about her child putting around on her dad’s motorbike at 5 mph.

This could very well be the absolute cutest Halloween costume I’ve ever seen in my life. I love how much this guy loves his little girl! I have a hunch she has her daddy wrapped around her little finger!

That’s funny I was going to dress my cat up as a chicken but I didn’t know how to attach the comb. Very cute costume!

Hope those aren’t real feathers. No need for that!

Oh my gracious, that is without a doubt the cutest costume I’ve seen this year! And I just spent a solid 45 minutes wading through my Facebook page looking at all my friends’s children’s costume pictures, so I’ve seen quite a bit tonight!

Thizzledum, perhaps there are babies that would find that costume to be uncomfortable but little Winnie certainly doesn’t seem to be one of them. She’s sound asleep, for pity’s sake. I doubt that her obviously devoted parents would dress her up like a little chicken and then watch her scream if she was uncomfortable.

Adorable!

Actually that looks really comfortable to me, I dressed my infant daughter as Raggedy Ann just for some photos, it was great. I guess you have to have kids to maybe understand.

I can’t imagine she could fall asleep in something she felt uncomfortable in. She looks adorable.
