Taking a break from family festivities, Ali Landry (and her little shopping buddies Estela, 5, and Marcelo, 14 months) engaged in a little retail therapy on Dec. 5 in Los Angeles.

And that included a stop at The Children’s Place where the trio spent the afternoon stocking up on the latest kiddie trends from the brand’s spring line.

For her adorable Mini Me, the mom-of-two chose sequined boots, glitter chain purses and embellished headbands to complement the floral print skinnies Estela selected herself.

Meanwhile, Marcelo spent time testing out his little legs around the store, a new feat for baby boy, who just started walking.

After scoring tons of stylish ensembles, the highlight of Estela’s day was when she spotted a plush penguin at checkout. Luckily, the cuddly pal was a gift with the purchase, so she happily carried him out to the car.

We’d call that a shopping success!

I don’t blame her. I LOVE A Children’s Place. In my opinion, they’re more affordable than Gap kids, have cuter clothess and better sales. My son will only wear their “utility” pants, as they’re very comfortable.

I absolutely love the fact that little Estela is “baby wearing” her doll! How cute!

I wish they would have showed a picture of Marcelo walking!

Glad to see that Ali is buying Estela some pants. I thought her daughter wasn’t ever allowed to wear pants. Only dresses and really ugly hair bows. Maybe Ali finally decided it’s actually okay for a girl to have a pair of pants! :P

"We weren't trying to have kids. We left it up to fate. I knew there was a possibility, but I was really excited. Even if you are trying, just to see a positive result is shocking!"
