My heart goes out to the man who lost his child. But before all the pro-gun advocates go off this tragedy would have never occurred if 1. He didn’t have a gun, 2. If he felt the need to have a gun, it shouldn’t have been loaded at least not loaded with a child around. This is absolutely heartbreaking and could have been avoided.
I am not sure he should be charged as now he must live the rest of his life out living with the ‘what if’s’ and reliving that tragic day over and over again.
