Michael and Joaquin Consuelos Show Off Their ‘Bro Hawks’

Jada Pinkett Smith isn’t the only celeb mom allowing her kids to express their individuality through their hair.

Kelly Ripa took to Twitter Wednesday to show off her morning’s mane event: Sons Michael and Joaquin rocking matching mohawks.

“Bro hawks!” Ripa wrote, along with a photo of her 15-year-old and 9-year-old eyeing each other’s hip hairstyles.

Before the boys got buzzed, they both sported polished ’dos. And while we loved their classic locks, we have to admit their new hair-raising cuts are beyond cool.

So who’s up next for a little brother-to-brother hair bonding? Our bets are on Kingston and Zuma Rossdale.

Cute, but I don’t see where this hairstyle could cause any talk at all. Its more like a spiked normal boy’s haircut. Generally a mohawk is defined as a strip of hair in the center of the head, with cleanly, or shortly shaven sides. Not a cute lil boy’s haircut with a lil gel in it.

Cute, and I adore the brotherly bond. But definately not something to write home to mum about.

Valeskas, your comment doesn’t make sense. Are you referring to her husband? His name is Mark Consuelos, he’s an actor…there’s nothing secretive about him. Or her sons? Their names have always been known, too…

MKL it makes sense if you watch Kelly’s show… She says that Michael doesn’t want to be in the “limelight” so every time she talks about Michael she says.. “He that does not want to be named”….
