What baby bump?

Malin Akerman keeps her growing belly under wraps in a comfy sweater while out shopping with husband Roberto Zincone on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

“I’m just so excited that I can actually talk about it. It was tough to keep a secret,” the actress, who’s currently playing Tess’ mom on Suburgatory, told E! Online of the pregnancy.

However, Akerman, 34, and Zincone are keeping mum on the sex of the baby — because they’re unsure whether or not they want to find out.

“We’re still debating it,” says the actress, who’s due in April. “We know that it’s coming up to that point when you can, so I think it’s going to be a last-minute decision.”

From personal experience, it was really great NOT finding out. I just can’t describe the pure elation of having a baby placed on you, and the doctor saying, “It’s a …..!”. I did it three times.

I had one surprise at the delivery, and one where I found out at an ultrasound – both were awesome and special in their own ways. The surprise (my first daughter) was so exciting, and such a great moment at the end of childbirth. Knowing that my 2nd was a girl was great too, because I felt the whole time “this is my DAUGHTER” in here. Awww…makes me very nostalgic for those days.

Congrats to Malin and her husband!!

Mom Said It

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
