Celebrity Hand Me Down: Haven and Honor Warren’s Print Dress

11/26/2012 at 10:00 AM ET

Being the baby sister of one of Hollywood’s most trendsetting tots sure has its benefits. Just ask Jessica Alba‘s youngest daughter, Haven Warren.

On Nov. 3, we spotted the 15-month-old cutie wearing a black cardigan, patterned tunic top, black leggings and gray Mary Jane flats while out grabbing breakfast with her family in Beverly Hills. And something seemed strikingly familiar.

After a little digging, we realized why. Haven was wearing the same Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent‘s geometric print dress that her big sister Honor, 4, wore with cowboy boots in October 2010.

Not only are we slightly envious of the girls mini style (admit it, you’d love a few of their pieces in your size too!), but we give major props to Alba for remixing items she already owns to create brand new looks.

This article is ridiculous! She gets “props” for reusing clothes? Something that rest of us do without thinking? They’re called hand-me-downs – why would you get rid of a perfectly good outfit when your next child can wear it? Now rich people are supposed to be applauded because they reuse an outfit? Ridiculous!

Sarah Michelle Geller did that with her own maternity clothes. It’s nice when you see celebs re-using their clothes, either on themselves or their kids.

Looks a lot better as a tunic top with legging on a 15 month old then a dress on a 3 yr old.

Cute shirt/dress but am I the only onw that thinks these girls have different dads? They look nothing alike to me.

I prefer it as a top to a dress myself. Perhaps if it had cute bloomers…and the Shirley Temple dress was still popular it would make a cute dress…but it makes a cuter top.

Britt..I agree, they do look as different as night and day. Little Haven must have gotten some weird genes to end up with reddish hair and a very pale complexion.

Brit, children often don’t take after the same parent and, especially when they are young, don’t look alike. It’s not a valid reason to insinuate Jessica cheated on her husband.

Both Cash and Jessica are bi-racial. Cash is Black and White, and Jessica is Latina (White, Black, Native), and White (Danish and French-Canadian). With all that in the gene pool, you can have children that look very different from one another, though full siblings.

I do think they look alike, if you look around the eyes and nose. Haven has Jessica´s lips, while Honor looks exactly like Cash.

Brit – I am white (with dark brown hair and brown eyes) and my husband is Greek. My 10 year old daughter has olive skin, brown eyes, and dark, wavy hair. My 6 year old daughter has light skin, blue eyes, and straight, blond hair. They are both definitely ours but the younger one got some recessive genes for sure. Siblings don’t always look alike. (Oddly enough our son is a mix of the two – light skin, blue eyes, but dark, wavy hair)

Wow. Not only did my youngest daughter wear my older daughter’s clothes, but we have handed them down to my nieces…it’s called “being practical”…geez…

Haven looks nothing like either parent OR Honor. Even if you don’t resemble your parents you usually resemble your sibling. My two sisters look exactly alike but nothing like me or my parents yet I look like 50/50 split of my parents.

My daughter even wore some of my sons’ blue baby clothes. They were still in great condition. Even if I’d had oodles of money I’d have still use hand-me-downs.
