Reese Witherspoon — who recently put her Ojai, Calif., ranch on the market — steps out solo Monday in Brentwood, Calif.
The house, which was recently featured in ELLE Decor, is where the actress married husband Jim Toth in 2011.
The couple are expecting their first child together this fall.
Witherspoon, 36, is already mom to Deacon, 8½, and Ava, 13, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.
