Amy Adams: Daughter Aviana Loves Dressing Up

It looks like Oscar nominated actress Amy Adams has a budding fashionista on her hands — 2-year-old daughter Aviana Olea!

“My daughter definitely has a strong opinion about her clothes,” Adams, 38, told PEOPLE backstage at the Calvin Klein spring 2013 collection show in New York on Thursday. “She really loves getting dressed up and loves the whole idea of it. She wants to dress up everyday.”

The doting mom, who prides herself on her patient parenting, adds her mini-me’s style matches her personality.

“She’s a happy girl, who is very feminine and loves putting on dresses,” says Adams. “Her favorite dresses are the ones with lots of color. She absolutely loves them.”

And not only does little Aviana love girly frocks, but she also adores her mommy’s fancy footwear.

“She plays with my shoes and tries to walk around the house in my high heels,” says the Trouble with the Curve star. “I have some pretty dangerous ones and I tell her, ‘Sweetie, high heels are dangerous.’ When she grows up, she’ll know that it will still be the case.”

"We weren't trying to have kids. We left it up to fate. I knew there was a possibility, but I was really excited. Even if you are trying, just to see a positive result is shocking!"
