Alison Sweeney, Ali Landry and More Celebrate Disney’s Baby Store Launch
It’s now an even smaller world for the Disney empire. Last Thursday, Alison Sweeney (along with little ones Benjamin Edward, 7½, and Megan Hope, 3½, posing here with illustrator Joey Chou) hosted the grand opening of the company’s first baby store at the Americana at Brand shopping center in Glendale, Calif.
The fun-filled event included a yummy lunch, cool craft stations, bright kiddie play areas and special performances from Kenny Loggins‘ band Blue Sky Riders.
Ali Landry and 11-month-old son Marcelo enjoyed the festivities, including photo ops with Winnie the Pooh and friends. Also attending: Good Luck Charlie star Leigh Allyn Baker — who’s due with a boy in the coming weeks — checking out the cute offerings for newborns.
Other celeb guests included Samantha Harris and 4½-year-old daughter Josselyn Sydney, as well as Marissa Jaret Winkour and 4-year-old son Zev Isaac.
To celebrate the launch, Disney also teamed up with Operation Shower to treat new military moms and their families to a complimentary shopping experience in the new store. To check out the shop online, go to disneystore.com/disneybaby.
