Victoria Beckham goes for a stroll with daughter Harper Seven, 9 months, on Monday in Beijing, China, where she’s set to launch a new limited-edition Range Rover.

The fashion designer and former Spice Girl turned 38 last week, and celebrated with purple balloons and bunches of flowers.

“Having a lovely day with my boys and baby Harper!!” Beckham Tweeted.

She and husband David Beckham are also parents to sons Cruz, 7, Romeo, 9½, and Brooklyn, 13.

I watched Victoria’s reality show a few years back and found her to be quite hilarious. In one of the episodes she mentioned that she purposely does not smile in public and she is well aware that people talk about it.

Harper is adorable! That being said, I can’t help but notice that we rarely see the boys with Victoria on her various trips, wheeras Harper almost always tags along. Maybe it’s because they’re older and in school?

At any rate, I think Harper looks like David in one picture, with one exception…she’s got her mom’s pout!

Victoria mentioned her kids would go everywhere with her but the boys have school and various activities that they rather not miss.

Harper seriously is the most gorgeous baby I have ever seen. She is just so precious with her pout and cheeks! And I love the way Victoria dresses her!

She is absolutely adorable, such gorgeous chubby cheeks, looks like she might be teething with that cute grimace.

Cara, VB must not have had lips at all before all those “fillers” you are referring to. What is obvious? I see absolutely no sign of fillers of any kind; her face looks great and very normal. I think Victoria looks great and seems to be a very attentive mother.

i always wonder why people care that victoria doesn’t always smile when we see her out and about. i can’t imagine why that would be a problem for me. maybe she just doesn’t walk around like a stepford wife with a smile plastered to her face for no reason.

anyway, the baby is really cute. i think all the kids look more like victoria, romeo is the one who most resembles david.

I recall hearing years ago (the Spice years) that she didn’t like smiling because she hated her teeth. I remember it because I too hate my teeth and in pictures i smile but with lips closed.

If you watch any interviews with Victoria, she’s always smiling and laughing. she just doesn’t like smiling for the paparazzi. My friend met Victoria and Harper in Hong Kong recently and said what a happy baby Harper was and how Victoria was smiling away until they went out and everyone was shouting Victoria (and Harper’s) name and the cameras were going crazy.

I have also read somewhere that she is very sweet (and smiley) when there is no photographers. Yes, it would be great to see a smile – but then again I totally understand that her for not wanting to do so in front of the paparazzi (I would be annoyed at them as well!)
