Ahhh! Bloom Baby Debuts Zen Stroller

Courtesy Bloom Baby

Just when you thought strollers couldn’t get any cooler, Bloom Baby debuts the brand new Zen ($800).

Available now for pre-order, this sleek and fun (check out those bright colors!) ride boasts a super easy and ultra slim fold  — 9.8 inches — and sports multi-directional, shock-absorbing wheels that let you move forward and backward with ease.

And that’s not all! It also features a safety lighting system solar powered rechargeable batteries. Plus, all materials are crafted with breathable, machine-washable and stain resistant fabric that is coated with 40+ UV protection so your little one stays snug and safe during their stroll.

You’ll also love the companion Zen Yoga Newborn Nest ($250), which can also be used as a travel bed, bassinet and portable bouncer while you’re on the go.

Just want the stroller? The car seat adaptor makes it compatible with the Cybex Aton, Maxi Cosi and Graco Snugride car seats. For more information on this well-designed stroller, go to bloombaby.com.

and to think, my poor children rode around in strollers from target…oh the horror.

Ahhh! I’ve been waiting for this ever since I got my bloom highchair. Love the bright colours!

Looks cool but you wont be fitting much in that basket down the bottom..

mary both of my kids had non expensive strollers too. My daughter has a Chicco Cortina and used it maybe 10 times in her 21 months… I prefer to baby wear and she loves it too! And my son had a Graco I believe. They were just fine for me.

Uppababy will always win for me. Best basket (can fit 10 bags of groceries underneath!), and seat and bassinet can go in about 10 different positions.

Cheap travel systems are one thing, but cheap umbrella strollers make me angry. No back support whatsoever and only a flimsy mesh back. So terrible for developing spines. I love the Uppababy GLuxe.

Looks fun & well thought out. I love the Bloom high chair too. Wonder when the zen is coming to Oz?

A bit overpriced for something that will be used for a short amount of time.

I looked this up, their stroller lasts for 3-4 years. I think this picture is just the first 6 months. ohhh and its selling at Giggles! My ma and I spend a little too much time in those stores.

Annie Im not sure this is an umbrella stroller? Is it? I watched their video and the fold is completely different (not to mention pretty amazing). I’m going to have to check it out for myself but umbrella strollers are so dated and flimsy. They just remind me of rusty meccano kids toys.
