She’s barely grown since the fall. People forget how tiny Jessica really is – petite people have nowhere to go but out! I feel like her belly popped in October and has stayed about the same size since (a bit bigger as of late).

People likely think she looks “huge” (I don’t think she does at all) because she is very short – 5’3. I’m 5’2, and believe me when I tell you we have nowhere for the weight to go…other than everywhere. Taller women have more room to distribute the weight gain.

Ugh…People have been telling me that since I’m short I’m going to end up ballooning out like her. However, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Keri Russell are both her height and looked slim and trim (only with a belly) up to giving birth.

We may not be able to look like Gisele Bundchen, but it is possible for petite women to look amazing pregnant.

She looks great! Can’t help but notice she’s probably going to be riddled with stretch marks. Funny how much differently she’s carrying than her sister did. Genes are amazing. She looks truly happy, a sight I haven’t seen since she married her first husband. Best of luck to them!

All the ridiculous comments about height and weight and blah blah!!! Every woman is different and unique. Don’t assume and clump everyone in the same catagory on weight gain.

I am 5’1″ and 105 pounds and gained only 18 and 20 pounds with my son and daughter. I am 5 1/2 months pregnant with my 3rd and have only gained a couple pounds so far. I go full-term (40) weeks and have healthy 8 pound babies. All my weight is in the belly. I lose the weight quickly after i deliver.

I have seen close to 6 foot women huge in their pregnancies. I personally know some who have gained 70 pounds or more. Some have only had 6 or 7 pound babies.

My point is genetics, food consumption, exercise, or lack thereof……they all play into it. Not every petite woman is going to balloon out, and all tall women don’t necessarily look fit with evenly distributed baby weight. Every womans pregnancy is different no matter what her height, and every pregnancy is unique.

I don’t mean to be unkind here, maybe just a little bit snarky. How long did she know this man for? I don’t see too much compatibility there. Once they start raising that child together- that puts a relationship to a whole new level of needing to be kind and patient with eachother. I wonder how these two will do. I guess it remains to be seen. I find neither of them attractive but they are equally mediocre, so perhaps a good match! both in looks and personality.

Maria, I’m curious as to how you can judge whether a couple is compatible or not through photographs. In this picture all I see is a happy couple. I’m not gonna place bets on them staying together forever, since it’s so rare these days, but who knows. She felt confident enough to have a child with him, so I have hope for them.
