Pink gazes lovingly at her serious sweetie, 6-month-old daughter Willow Sage, on Thursday in Malibu, Calif.

The singer, 32, who voices the character of penguin Gloria in Happy Feet Two, tells PEOPLE her best motherhood secret.

“As long as my boobs are at home at a certain hour, I can do whatever I want,” she jokes.

Willow is Pink’s only child with her husband, motocross racer Carey Hart.

Willow is adorable! I also just learned an interesting and cool fact about the family. I was reading through PEOPLE’s “Best Quotes of the Week”, and one of them was a tweet from Pink saying that she’s baked cookies, put up a Christmas Tree, and has her Menorah out. So it would appear that either Pink or her husband is Christian or some other religon that celebrates Christmas, while the other is Jewish…and they’re teaching Willow about both faiths by celebrating holidays from each of them.

I love it when mixed-faith couples do that!
