The Secret Life of the American Teenager star, 43, is also mom to 2-year-old twins Adele Georgiana and Roman Stylianos with husband Panio Gianopoulos.
“I have a fantasy of watching [The Breakfast Club] with Mathilda,” Ringwald tells PEOPLE.
“But in reality, it probably would be better if she just went to a slumber party and watched it with her friends, you know, like every other kid.”
