Hilary Madison‘s first Halloween!
Samantha Harris brings her 9-month-old daughter to the Camp Ronald McDonald For Good Times‘ 19th Annual Halloween Carnival.
The event was held Sunday at Universal Studios in Universal City, Calif.
The Entertainment Tonight correspondent, 37, and husband Michael Hess are also parents to elder daughter Josselyn Sydney, 4.
