Jessica Simpson: Yes, I’m Going to Be a ‘Mummy!’

Believe it: Jessica Simpson is expecting a baby!

“It’s true — I’m going to be a mummy!” she Tweeted Monday, posting a photo of herself dressed up as such for Halloween and cradling her belly.

The singer and fashion designer has been the subject of pregnancy buzz for weeks after photos surfaced of her shielding her midsection at the airport.

Simpson, 31, has also been recently photographed in New York City in form-fitting clothing with what appeared to be a burgeoning baby bump.

This will be the first child for Simpson, who has previously expressed her desire to have fiancé Eric Johnson‘s babies.

Heather Locklear Wishes She Had Ava’s Confidence

Heather Locklear and daughter Ava Elizabeth wear the same clothes, enjoy the same shows and share an equal admiration for each other.

“I always say I want to come back as Ava Sambora,” Locklear, 50, jokes to PEOPLE. “She has such confidence.”

The sentiment is reciprocated by Sambora, 14, who says she admires her mom’s humor and likeability.

“She is really, really funny. And even if she doesn’t know someone, she can click with them like that,” says the budding actress, whose father is Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora.

Bicycle built for two!

Liev Schreiber and son Samuel Kai — the cutest thing on two wheels — share a smile while taking a spin around New York’s Tribeca neighborhood on Wednesday.

In addition to 2½-year-old Kai, the actor and fiancée Naomi Watts are also parents to son Sasha, 4.

“Liev’s moments with the children are amazing. The games just go on and on,” Watts shares.

“I’ve always said that men are great in the moment, but not good in the planning, like, ‘Is there milk in the fridge?’ and ‘Do we have diapers?’”

Sarah Drew gets the giggles while posing with her baby belly — her first child is due in January! — at the Friends Without a Border Gala, held Tuesday at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

The Grey’s Anatomy star, 31, and husband Peter Lanfer are awaiting a delivery surprise, she shares, and says her character, April Kepner, won’t be pregnant herself.

“They did think for a split second about using it in the story and [April] just getting drunk and knocked up on her first time,” Drew laughs.

“But they were really excited to keep the virgin storyline.”

Trainer Valerie Waters’ Tips for Keeping Kids Active

With summer over and fall in full swing, it may seem more of a challenge to convince children to head outdoors for playtime.

But for parents looking to keep their kids active in the cooler months, Livestrong.com advisory board member Valerie Waters says the solution may be closer to home than it seems.

“If you want your kids to be active, then you need to be active,” she tells PEOPLE. “Kids really do mimic what Mommy and Daddy do.”

In addition, she advises parents to not use the increasing cooler temperatures as an excuse to avoid working out.
