Following her Los Angeles debut, Victoria Beckham brings her greatest accessory — 8-week-old daughter Harper Seven — to New York for Fashion Week.

“Casting in NY! Today I’m wearing #victoriabeckham and Baby Harper wearing Makie, excited for FW!,” the fashion designer, 37, Tweeted Thursday.

Beckham is also mom to sons Brooklyn Joseph, 12, Romeo James, 9, and Cruz David, 6½, with husband David Beckham.

Is someone kicking?

Rebecca Gayheart rests a hand on her belly while out running errands Tuesday in Los Angeles.

The actress, 40, recently told PEOPLE that she’s taking a more laidback approach with this pregnancy than she did while expecting daughter Billie Beatrice, 18 months.

“[With Billie] I was micromanaging everything I was eating and every little symptom I was feeling,” Gayheart says. “And this pregnancy I just know everything’s okay.”

Her second child with husband Eric Dane will arrive this winter.

Sporting some flirty florals, Jessica Alba strolls with her striped sweetie, 3-year-old daughter Honor Marie, during a shopping trip to the Westfield Century City mall on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

We spotted the pair out for lunch with Cash Warren over the weekend, but it seems he sat out this trip — perhaps he’s home with 3-week-old new addition Haven Garner?

Pregnancy certainly isn’t slowing Hilary Duff down!

Since revealing she is expecting her first child, the singer/actress, 23, has been working closely with fitness trainer-to-the-stars Harley Pasternak to safely stay in shape.

According to Pasternak, keeping Duff “in a cool room” and managing her heart rate during the first trimester was key.

“No impact, no hyper bouncing and plyometrics,” he tells PEOPLE. “You also want to back off stretching quite a bit. Women become hyper flexible when they’re pregnant.”

Reese Witherspoon indulges in a sweet treat with husband Jim Toth and kids Deacon, 7½, and Ava (she turned 12 on Friday!) in Brentwood, Calif., on Wednesday – just hours before the actress was hit by a car during an afternoon jog.

The driver, an 84-year-old woman, was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

A rep for the actress, 35, tells PEOPLE Witherspoon is “resting comfortably at home.”
