Bryce Dallas Howard: We’re Keeping Baby’s Sex a Secret

Bryce Dallas Howard has a secret — and she’s not telling!
The actress and husband Seth Gabel have found out the sex of the baby they are currently expecting, but aren’t sharing whether 4½-year-old son Theo‘s predictions proved to be true.
“We do know — we didn’t know for a while. We just found out recently,” The Help star, 30, told ET Canada during the Restless premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. “At this point [we're telling] just family.”
Despite her “tough” start to the pregnancy, Howard admits that the tides haves changed and, based on her experience with her son, expects it to be smooth sailing to the end.
“It’s kind of euphoric. It’s the greatest, I love it,” she shares. ”The thing that every parent hopes for is that the baby’s healthy, I’m healthy. No matter how you feel, that’s the most important thing.”
And Howard is already planning for a sudden shift in her priorities once baby makes its big debut.
“Whether you intend to slow down, you slow down,” she notes. “My son will be 5 [in February] and that time is so crucial for him and as a family.”
