Following her Los Angeles debut, Victoria Beckham brings her greatest accessory — 8-week-old daughter Harper Seven — to New York for Fashion Week.

“Casting in NY! Today I’m wearing #victoriabeckham and Baby Harper wearing Makie, excited for FW!,” the fashion designer, 37, Tweeted Thursday.

Beckham is also mom to sons Brooklyn Joseph, 12, Romeo James, 9, and Cruz David, 6½, with husband David Beckham.

Shawna, it’s just a short, fun caption – a play on the event and Victoria’s reputation as a stylish woman. “Victoria Beckham Holds Daughter Harper In New York City While Wearing Sunglasses” just doesn’t pack the same punch, you know? I assume the writers here know what they’re doing and that’s why they got their jobs.

Back to the topic, Harper is so sweet and looks similar to Cruz, IMO. Hope to see a lot more of her as the weekend progresses.

@Hea I couldn’t agree more. By all accounts, Victoria is a good mother.

It is very insulting and in poor taste for People.com to imply that Victoria considers her child to be an accessory. It honestly thought they held themselves to a higher standard than gossips blogs. That sounds like something Perez Hilton might say.

Little Harper is only two months old and already a gorgeous little girl! I agree that she resembles brother Cruz the most, but I also see some of Brooklyn in her. I`m so glad that the Beckhams now has got that little girl that they always wanted! And with three older brothers she`ll always be loved and protected!
