While most of New York’s fashion elite hit up Fashion Week shows and festivities, the city’s littlest fashionistas attended the glamourous opening of Bonpoint‘s newest Madison Avenue store Monday night.

Hosted by Georgina Chapman (who left her 1-year-old daughter India at home), the magical event included face painting and individual portraits by illustrator Izak Zenou, paper flower bouquets from Rebecca Thuss of Thuss & Farrell and music from Harely Viera Newton.

Children and their parents — including Kelly Rutherford and kids Hermés, 4½, and Helena, 2 — also got dolled up in Bonpoint accessories to pose for photos in a vintage photo booth.
To keep with the Parisian-chic theme, guests snacked on petit croquet monsieurs, milkshakes and cherry pies.
They also all went home with boxes of Ladurée‘s yummy and world-famous macarons.
