I would do bright,solid colored tights but the dress would be playtime cute, not to fussy but paired with the right tights and cute shoes it would be appropriate and fun and an easy choice for my little girl to wear because she like funky colors and patterns. Plus this store is very close to my apt in NYC and they have some really cool stuff inside.

The tights are not too bad but the dress is ugly and paired with the tights it looks like something pippi longstocking wore.
