Hilary Duff, Mike Comrie Expecting First Child

Happy anniversary … and congratulations!

Hilary Duff and husband Mike Comrie, 30, who are celebrating their first wedding anniversary this weekend, are expecting their first child, the singer-actress announced on her official website.

In the post, Duff, 23, reflected on her marriage – she and Comrie wed on Aug. 14, 2010 – and then made her big announcement.

“We also want to share the exciting news that… BABY MAKES THREE,” she wrote.

“We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives.”

Bryce Dallas Howard shows off her bump at the Los Angeles premiere of her latest film, The Help, held at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Samuel Goldwyn Theater on Tuesday in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The actress, 30, says she’s just about five months along and doesn’t know the sex of the baby yet — although big brother Theo thinks he does.

“Someone said, ‘Do you know if it’s a boy or girl?’ and he said, ‘We don’t know yet, but it’s a girl,’” Howard told Jay Leno.

Tina Fey Welcomes Daughter Penelope Athena

Tina Fey, already mom to 5½-year-old Alice Zenobia, has introduced a new addition to the family.

The 30 Rock star welcomed a healthy baby girl, Penelope Athena, on Wednesday, Aug. 10 with her composer husband Jeffrey Richmond, 51, her rep tells PEOPLE.

The Bossypants author, 41, first revealed her pregnancy to Oprah Winfrey in April.

Fey spoke about agonizing over having a second child – but explained how she and Richmond decided it was time to expand their family.

“My husband and I really decided that we felt rather than risk having 30 Rock end in several years and feeling like part of our family is missing that we were going to prioritize our family.”
