I absolutely love the name. I’m not familiar with him, but congratulations!

I don’t care for the name, but congrats on a healthy baby!

I have always loved that they combined their last names, and *both* of them changed their last names when they got married. He was Jim True, she was Cora Frost, and now they are both True-Frost. That is so cool.

Horrible name! Why would anybody name their daughter Phoebe?

I’ve been seeing more and more Phoebe’s lately! This is the third one I’ve heard of this year. I always thought it was an older name but apparently it’s coming back!

I think Phoebe is very traditional and feminine. It’s sweet. That’s a great family picture.

Just one name away from the characters on Friends!

I LOVE this photo!!! Thank you for posting something REAL.

So many celebrities post pictures of them after birth all done up, make-up, nice clothes, etc. Cora looks REAL and BEAUTIFUL!!

Congrats on the birth of your daughter ~ Enjoy her!

Alivia, why not? It’s a classic with a nice meaning–“light.” It also reminds me of Phoebe Caulfield in Catcher in the Rye. It’s nice.

Congratulations to them!

And I love the name. It would have been hilarious if they had gone with “Phoebe Monica Rachel”, though.

What a precious photo! They look so radiant and happy to welcome little Phoebe!

@Alivia – to each their own opinion… but at least hers is a “real” name unlike yours! :0)

Alivia on

@Lilly — you shouldn’t be talking because your name isn’t that “real” either!

Such a beautiful and lovely family, I’m so happy for them! Alivia, you’re a weirdo!

I think Phoebe’s a beautiful name, very traditional and pretty. But what difference would it make if I didn’t think that? Surely it’s the parents’ choice, and I’m guessing they love it…

Also @Alivia, how is Lily a made-up name?

He was an instructor of mine in college and he was fabulous! So glad to see he and his family are doing well! They’re all quite adorable.
