Heidi Klum and son Henry, 5½, get some air while vacationing in Porto Cervo, Sardinia on Tuesday.

With their trip coming to an end, the Project Runway host Tweeted a photo of herself and husband Seal, adding, “A big HELLO to all of our followers. Leaving Sardinia and off to a new adventure.”

The couple are also parents to Leni, 7, Johan, 4½, and Lou, 22 months.
