Claudia Schiffer: Over-Dressed or Sexy Styles Don’t Work for School Runs

Like most moms, Claudia Schiffer drops her tots off at school in the morning. But unlike most moms, the supermodel gets photographed while doing it.

So what go-to pieces does the 40-year-old mother of three rely on?

“You can’t be too over-dressed or too sexy on the school run. It’s about being practical and comfortable,” shared Schiffer in the June 2011 issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK.

The super stylish cover girl — who models beach-ready fashions (think floral-print swimwear and striped cover-ups) in the magazine — applies that pragmatic thinking to shopping as well.

La La Vazquez Anthony puckers up to son Kiyan, 4, as the pair promote their VH-1 reality show, La La’s Full Court Life, at Planet Hollywood Times Square on Wednesday in New York City.

As for adding to the family she’s started with her husband, Knicks star Carmelo Anthony, the former VJ, 31, says she’d consider it.

“There was a time when I said I’d never have another child. I had a rough pregnancy and I didn’t think I wanted to go through it again,” she explains.

“But now I’m just saying, ‘Not right now.’ I haven’t ruled it out completely!”

Zachary Jackson Levon, 5 months, gets a lift from Elton John while out and about in Venice on Thursday.

With John, 64, currently on tour, partner David Furnish says his own career will be taking a backseat to parenthood.

“I’m going to stop work for a while,” he explained.

“Elton will continue to tour, but I think it’s important for the three of us as a family [to] go together on the road with Elton.”

Fourth Child On the Way for Piers Morgan

Piers Morgan is expanding his family.

The Piers Morgan Tonight host, 46, confirmed the addition via Twitter Sunday morning, linking to a report and remarking, “This is true.”

The news? Wife Celia Walden, 34, is four months pregnant with the couple’s first child together. A feature writer and columnist for the U.K.’s Daily Telegraph, Walden wed Morgan in June 2010.

Morgan, who also judges America’s Got Talent, is already dad to three boys – Spencer, 17, Stanley, 13, and Albert, 10 – from his previous marriage.

Gavin Rossdale: Zuma’s Accidental Fall Was ‘Horrific’

It ranks among the scariest things you can experience as a parent — you turn around for a second and something happens.

That was Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale‘s reality late Thursday after their 2½-year-old son Zuma accidentally took a tumble from a countertop in their home, reportedly breaking his right arm.

“It was one of the worst nights of our lives,” the Bush frontman, 45, told PEOPLE Saturday before performing at Palazzo Las Vegas‘s Summer Soiree party.

“It was one of those freak events — he fell. A freak accident.”

After rushing him to the hospital, Zuma is doing well, Rossdale shares, but admits the event was “horrific.”
