The 15-month-old posed with parents Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane as the Grey’s Anatomy star, 38, hosted the grand opening of the new Kiehl’s Since 1851 skincare store in San Francisco, Calif. on Saturday.

The event benefitted the Homeless Prenatal Program.

Billie’s latest words? “Ball” and “duck,” the actress, 39, tells PEOPLE.

Not a great photo of Rebecca! but she is beautiful- I hope she can resist getting plastic surgery like so many celebs older than 35-Rebecca- don’t get plastic surgery as your beauty ages- age gracefully- if you ever consider surgery look at Courtney Cox and just say no!!!

They all got different expressions for the same pic. Funny. If Eric had moved a little to our left, it would have look like he had on head gear like the Statute of Liberty.

What the heck happened to Rebecca’s face? Wow, this is an awful picture. She looks like an old woman in lipstick, even her blouse looks like something a grandma would wear. The little girl is really cute though and looks like her dad.
