Kendra Wilkinson schools her little man, Hank IV, 18 months, in a game of basketball during a family playdate with dad Hank Baskett Tuesday in Los Angeles.

“My number one piece of advice to all moms is to just breathe,” Wilkinson, 25, tells PEOPLE.

“Take time for yourself, even if it’s just going to the bathroom and taking a couple breathers. Take at least five minutes out of the day for yourself — you need it, you deserve it.”

I wonder what name Kendra and daddy Hank address him with. Is it Hank or a nickname because I think it would be a bit confusing with both dad and son having the same name!

LOL I hide in the bathroom from my 1 1/2 year old lol. Before kids a mini vacation meant a weekend getaway to cape cod and now a mini vacation means 2 minutes alone in the bathroom. I so get what she means!
