La La Vazquez Anthony puckers up to son Kiyan, 4, as the pair promote their VH-1 reality show, La La’s Full Court Life, at Planet Hollywood Times Square on Wednesday in New York City.

As for adding to the family she’s started with her husband, Knicks star Carmelo Anthony, the former VJ, 31, says she’d consider it.

“There was a time when I said I’d never have another child. I had a rough pregnancy and I didn’t think I wanted to go through it again,” she explains.

“But now I’m just saying, ‘Not right now.’ I haven’t ruled it out completely!”
