Ali Landry and Selma Blair Love Trading Tips

Bauer Griffin

Ali Landry‘s having no trouble being cared for by hubby Alejandro Monteverde while she’s pregnant with their second child — but the model says nothing beats being surrounded by women who relate to her situation firsthand.

Selma Blair and I train together every week,” Landry, 37, told PEOPLE Thursday at Sophie the Giraffe‘s 50th birthday at Petit Tresor in West Hollywood.

“The trainer is always like, ‘Can you guys please stop talking?’ We talk the entire time. I feel so good by doing these sessions though.”

When they’re not busy maintaining their fit physiques, Landry and Blair enjoy exchanging pregnancy pointers.

“Selma’s so great with the natural remedies and cures,” Landry said at the fête, while her 3½-year-old daughter Estela Ines played with Silly Bandz and gave guests massages. “She shares all that information with me and I tell her all the baby products that I love. We’re trading secrets.”

“She looks amazing. She thinks she doesn’t, but she looks absolutely incredible,” the former Doritos girl continued. “She feels great. She’s getting very close to the end.”

Even though Landry says she’ll have “no idea what to do with a boy,” if she has one, at least she has a handful of fellow mommies who can always provide advice.

Alison Sweeney and I started a supper club, and it consists of our celebrity mom friends,” she says. “It’s Denise Richards, Brooke Burke, Nancy O’Dell, Holly Robinson Peete and Lisa Rinna. We do a potluck every single month, once a month. We do themes, we do it at each others’ houses and we all pick a dish.”

“It’s important for me to find women who know what I’m going through,” Landry continues. “We sit at the dinner table with a notebook to the side of us and we share tips. It’s been a great support system. It really, really has.”

Spelling my name correctly would be nice.
