Spring has sprung — and Jessica Alba is blooming!

For a day of running errands in West Hollywood, Calif. on May 5, the expectant actress paired a bright floral Dolce & Gabbana dress ($895) with Stuart Weitzman‘s nude-colored Strutting Platforms ($375).

To complete her retro-inspired look, Alba added a brown leather crossbody purse, a rope-style belt, dangly gold earrings and cat-eye sunglasses.

She looks so cute! I read on one of those “gossip” websites that’s she’s having another girl~ not sure how true that is though.

Sarah on

I sure hope she has another girl! I don’t know what it is, I just see her having girls for some reason. Maybe it’s because I am partial to girls as I have 2 of my own! LOL!! Jessica and hubby Cash look so in love when I see pics of them. Honor is a lucky little girl and this baby will be really loved too! Congratulations!

$895 for that dress?? wow! that could feed a family for a few weeks

SH on

it must be wierd to “run errands” with, like, $1500 worth of clothes on.

Lis on

I am in loooooooooove with her dress!!! But I can’t afford it for $895! :(

And the “look for less” dress is a disappointment!!! Not even CLOSE to being as cute as Jessica’s. :( Darn!

Robin on

She looks like an escapee from a mental ward.

Ellie on

Haha, Robin, perfect comparison! I always wonder why some celebs get seen in sth like this – obviously, money can’t buy style.
BUT in her defense: normally, Jessica is very stylish!
Just nice to see that she is fallible, too!

Sarah S. on

I really like everything about her outfit and that the dress has two different prints. Thumbs up, Jessica!

Kat on

I made the mistake of ordering maternity wear from ASOS, it came AFTER the baby did! They ship from England with no tracking info, so buyer beware for a long wait.

Mira on

I love the dress, just not as a maternity dress. It makes her look too matronly. This style looks much better when you have a waist.

Niche on

I love this look as well. Jessica looks great! That dress is beautiful and the bargain find is nothing even close. Those wedge sandals on the other hand are great. I adore wedges and despise heels :)

Mandy on

Must be nice to be able to blow almost $900 on a dress without breaking a sweat. Psssh.

Just because you have the money doesn’t mean you have to spend it all…

Becca on

I can’t say I ever comment on things like this but I felt compelled…rather repulsed. That is the ugliest dress I have ever laid eyes on. She looks like a slightly updated Naomi from the show “Mama’s Family”. She is too cute to wear that.

Tess on

The cheap dress is much prettier than Jessica’s dress. I wouldn’t buy either, though. Florals don’t look good on most people, IMO.

Lila on

I think this dress is dreadfully ugly. It looks like something a 90 year old would wear.

Tia on

SH,if you were a celebrity with loads of cash.$1500 worth of clothes wouldn’t seem weird.

molly on

WOW what an UGLY Dress that is, not worth $895 to me!!! Shoes arn’t that good either

Tink on

Um Mandy, if you have lots of money what are you supposed to do with it?!?! If someone is lucky enough to do a job they love that pays very well then more power to them in their spending!

Ashley on

Right on Lila, couldn’t agree more! Ewwwww, so much money for a dress like that??

LRL on

she looks ridiculous, or the dress does. the knock off bag and sunglasses are cute though

Mandy on

There is so much they could do with that money besides buying ugly, awful clothes/. Even if I had millions I’d probably still be shopping at Target and Kohls.

Indira on

the print change on the bottom ruins it.

Mandy on

I love how the cheaper dress looks NOTHING like the original. Long sleeves and all lol.

Mandy on

How am I supposed to be Anonymous when People keeps giving me a name? The wrong name too might I add. Ugh.

Anonymous on

molly- someone sounds poor and bitter LOL

Liza on

Mandy you crack me up. She can buy whatever she wants, just because you may not like it.

Also, you admit that you would still shop, so there isn’t really a difference between what you would do with money and what jessica would do with money besides the prices and selections.

Jillian on

Many celebs get stuff for free…..keep this in mind. My aunt has tons of stuff she has received and she gives tons of stuff away.
